Kjoering is similar to Skijoering. The real difference is that on a Kjoering team the trailer is on roller blades instead of skis. This difference allows Kjoering to be a summer sport/training or indoor winter.

These sports originated in Europe (hence the funny names) and only recently migrated to the US. The team consists of a horse, rider and trailer. The trailer is usually in the most danger as he/she must navigate an obstacle course while being pulled at speed by the horse.
