Flat Track motorcycle models vary but are all geared for the sport of Flat Track racing. Most motorcycles can be used for Flat Track racing and can have either two stroke or four stroke engines in amateur competition. Some brands that are used are Triumph and Harley Davidson.
Most horse trainers do get up early. Race horse trainer are up and on the track before the sun comes up.

black I'd say the Arabian, Mustang, Appoloosa, Quarter Horse, and maybe Thourogbred. To tell the truth, those are the horses I hear the most about and see the most, so, yeah.
There's harness racing and flat out racing.... Flat out racing is most common in thoroughbreds, appaloosa's and quarter horses. Harness racing is saddlebreds.
Depends on the distance of the race and the length of the track itself. On most tracks, sprints (shorter races) start on the backstretch. On most tracks, routes (longer races) start near the finish line and go around the track one time.
This depends on the track; most run anticlockwise (known as 'lefthanded' tracks) but some tracks are run clockwise (called 'righthanded' tracks).

This depends. If the horse is fresh off the track then absolutely not! If however the horse has been off the track for a while and professionally retrained it can be a suitable mount for an older child or teenager. But most younger kids and even teens do not have enough body strength to control a hard pulling horse like a racehorse.
