It has been shut down. If you Google them, you find out that they had replaced the main site with a farewell page before the complete shutdown who read:

Their Twitter channel has already been taken over by a spammer and some other people who try to lure people to their forums with mostly malware infected sharings.
Tried to see if there was a reason of why the shutdown happened there, but the admins did not even bother to mention anything there.
Just shows how these forums was run at the end, with a lack of interest from even the admins them selves.
So that is perhaps the reason for the shut down: Admins lost of interest to continue on.
