my son wrestles.. he is 7 though and i always have him eat lots of carbs the day before. like spagetti or mac and cheese.
and after weigh ins.. he'll have some dry cereal and an unripe banana. it's a trick our family has used for years.
keeps his energy throughout every tournament! try it out, always works for us! my husband grew up Wrestling and he did the same thing!
