Gaelic Football and Hurling don't need much equipment. They would have used footballs and sliothars (the balls used for Hurling) and hurleys, much as they do now. The style of clothing would have changed, but players would have worn shirts and shorts and boots, much as they do now. Helmets would be newer. All equipment would be more modern, better made and specifically designed, but they basic set of equipment would be the same.
