Having one or more spokes loose can cause creaking. If this is the case take you bmx to your local bike shop. Your wheel may not be true (damaged e.g. fractured/not original shape)
another reason is that your tire may not be pumped up all the way and the inner tube could be chaffing on the outer casing.

Why does your bmx make a 'ting' sound when you land a jump?
At the point where your wheel hits the ground, the rim flexes a little bit. The spokes that support this section of the rim also flexes, and then snaps back as soon as this spot of the rim rotates past this point. This creates a 'ping" sound as the spokes pop up against each other where they cross.

Most BMX tires are loose on the rim and have to be straightened as you blow them up. I blow up very slowly and rotate and straighten the tire as it gets inflated more.

it depends on what your doing. if its just a bmx bike and your just cruising around and not going to parks etc. then yes you can but if your doing jumps and stuff itll crack more and can do further damage to your bike.

if this is about a BMX - then no. The distance from the pivots to the brake track on the rim is wrong. The width may be off too.

No - replace the rim. Go to a salvage yard and take one off a wreck.

Yes. Riding on flat tyres run the risk of damaging both rim and tyre, the bike will roll poorly, and the tyre may even come off the rim, making the rim skid and slide all over the place - not a good thing.
