practice a lot by running. by the time yu kno it, yu'll be a great marathon runner. <--- False...in order to run a maathon you got to run at least 48 hours in 1 week for 3 weeks and once you get doing that you will be a pro and make sure you drink plenty of fluids because you dont want to pass out. :)
