well I'm from London, and we play lots of sports; Football, rugby, cricket, tennis, golf, badminton, hockey, athletics, basketball, rugby league, pretty much any sport you can think of. Also cross and a game which you have a stick and you pass it under some hoops.
A shuttlecock is traditionally made with goose feathers stuck into a cork base, but rubber and plastic shuttlecocks are more common now, as they are less easier to become damaged or ripped. The sport that shuttlecocks are used in is badminton.
