I am guessing they eat plenty of foods with protein (Whole Grains (whole wheat flower , bread and pasta , brown rice , oats , rye , nuts , hazels , cashews , Brazil's ,almonds , seeds , peas , beans , lentils , soy products[soy milk , tofu , flour] ) so they can build muscle and they should also eat other food that you would expect a vegan to eat.
