higher degree = more turning and more lean(helps with sliding) but less stability and a higher ride height.
lower degree = less turn although depending on your bushing(the urethane part) you can still achieve a good amount of lean, but increased stability and lower ride.
purely preference, some pro's race 100+ km/h on 50 degree trucks(basically the highest degree you'll want) and some chose to run 35 or even less(basically zero turn, all the turn is done by drifting your back wheels)
more turn=easier to Dodge the unexpected though.
