Well if you are thinking you want to be cool just follow these simple fashion tips:
1) always be unique- for example net skirts with leater jackets, leapord print leggings maybe a union jack t shirt and bright green high heeled converse
2) wear your hair in a tight bun but not always the same, maybe add a flower or a plait sometimes
3) wash your hair only once a week or it will go gross- try some jhonsons baby shampoo?
4) make up- glittery eyeliner, bright eyeshadows orange powders etc...
5) fake tan- lots!
