The easiest way to track the dates of a Final Four (for the NCAA men's Basketball tournament) is to look at a calendar and find the first Monday in April. That Monday is the date of that year's Championship Game between the winners of the first round of the Final Four. The first round of the Final Four is played on the Saturday before the Championship Game. For example, in 2013, the Championship Game was played on Monday, April 1st. The tournament Semi-finals (the first round of the Final Four) where held on Saturday, March 30th.
