I suggest that you wear some warm clothing (gloves, jacket/jumper). Flexible trousers would also be useful. Jeggings & Skinny Jeans wouldn't be appropriate as you wouldn't be able to bend easily. Jogging bottoms, skating dresses etc. are good examples of flexible clothing. You can skate in flared jeans, that are slightly elastic/stretchy.

You can wear jeans to skate but you shouldn't wear jeans that are tight fitting because you need to be flexible when skating. If you are ice skating outdoors, considerer wearing thermals under the jeans.
We usually wear tights with under armour pants and a cute tee with gloves.

just be cool..... ask her out.... and if you mean what do you wear to the ice skating rink.... not anything long sleeved! when you are out on the ice you get really hot because you are moving around. when first went, sweat was rolling down my cheeks... and later froze from the coldness...
