I had that problem with my 98 Jeep Cherokee Sport, they ckd all kinds of things and finally replaced the fuel pump and then it was fine.
Yes. The Crank sensor monitors the position and rotational speed of the engine to determine timing for ignition. if it is not functioning you will get no spark.
How to replace spark plugs in a 1989 jeep cherokee?
if it is an automatic could be spark plugs or spark plug wiring...if a manual check the fuel pump
Dirty spark plugs can occur on any make, model, or year. Changing the spark plugs should be done for maintenance, such as when you do a tune up.
It could.It could.
My 99 Jeep had the same issue, eventually it had No spark, I replaced the engine coil, it didn't work, had to replace ingnition sensor.
Champion is an all around good plug. I use Densu or NGK, but I'm willing to spend the extra money
No spark would usually be the ignition coil.
Could be a number of things. My problem was cylender 3 misfired, which I resolved with a tune-up. After 110,000 I finally had to change the spark plugs.
