single team or combined score?
UNC had 0 in a half once (Duke had 7)
NCSU and Duke had a combined 6 points once (Duke led 4-2 at half and eventually lost 12-10) I don't know if that's the lowest.
I don't remember the teams but in 1970 or 1971 two minor college teams ended 7 to 4. Is there sombody that can find who they where?
Prior to about 20 years ago, when a game could end in a tie:
game has a winner: 2-0
and both teams score: 3-2game is tied: 0-0
Currently, with OT rules:
game with a winner in regulation: 2-0
and both teams score: 3-2 OT game: 3-0 (I don't believe it is possible to score a safety in OT.)and both teams scored in regulation: 5-2 (2-2 entering OT)
Sean Hanlon - A safety can be scored in OT.
in 1950 the score was 9-3 with 47 punts. With awful weather

The lowest possible score with a Yahtzee is 5 points, which is achieved by rolling four 1s and a 2 in the five dice. This is considered the lowest score possible in a single turn in Yahtzee.
150 would be the lowest possible score. XX-XX-XXXX--

The lowest score possible in bowling is zero.
The one which the Federal Government has.
No. A single point can only be scored after a touchdown (a touchdown being worth 6 points). The lowest non-zero score a team can have is 2. A "safety" (tackling the other team's ball carrier in his own end zone) scores two points.
