Some coaches require practice outfits or requirements,so make sure you check with him/her first, but usually you want to wear either a tshirt or tank and soffes. If you don't own soffes, then wear regular shorts. NO JEAN SHORTS. I suggest that if you wear soffes, wear spankies or spandex underneath in case you are tumbling or flying or doing any type of conditioning

To improve your cheerleading practice,practice,practice. I'm a cheerleader and I practice alot. Make sure you stretch first though. Also to help you do your dance practice in front of the mirror so if you see a mistake you can unmistake it lol.....
