What changes have been made to the race cars utilized in the 2008 Indy racing season?
The cars for this season have been changed from stick shifters to paddle shifters and the drivers now have five different settings to adjust their fuel mixtures. In the 2007 season, drivers did not have the option to adjust fuel mixture, therefore the length of time between pit stops was fairly regulated. With the return to fuel mixture adjustments, the 2008 season will definitely be one to watch when it comes to pit strategy.
