You need to do a lot of practice. Force is developed with both speed and technique. When you have both, it wont be a problem for you. It is critical that you get the basics down first, before worrying about speed or power; butt once you have it can be helpful to practice your kicks (with many repetitions) wearing ankle weights. After trying that for a few months, your legs will feel feather light with them off. You have to do more than train technique, you have to train the muscles, so it doesn't hurt to go to the gym; for front kicks (and Round house kicks to a certain extent), you can do leg extensions to build up the muscle; and for hooking heal kick you need to work on leg curls. For side kicks, and back kicks leg presses help; and for Crescent kicks and hook kicks you can work out your hip abductors, and hip adductors. But remember that as you build muscle mass, you have to focus even harder on your flexibility, so that you don't loose it. It's also important to note that you can't use strength to replace technique. So only use weight lifting to augment the workouts (and repetition) you get at your do jang.

If you keep the pedals turning at the same rate, then a higher gear will make the rear wheel turn faster. But it will also be harder to push the pedals
Depending which way you're changing the ratio it'll either get easier or harder to push the pedals around. If it gets harder but you're still able to keep cranking at the same rate, then you'll go faster.
according to velocity ratio i.e N1/N2 = D2/D1 which implies that diameter of gear is inversly proportaional to speed . hence, DRIVEN GEAR will move faster as it is smaller in size than the DRIVING GEAR
A 393 gear rear end would be quicker than a 300 gear rear end but the 300 gear rear end would be faster in the long run.
An older sibling will sometimes let you have his old gear free of charge. Sometimes you will find free sparring gear under the Christmas tree or beside your birthday cake. Sometimes you can find gear for half price on Craigslist.com.
Its harder on a Madd Gear Pro than on a razor pro but you get used to it quickly
The answer does not depend on which gear is driving. Linear-wise, the two gears are meshed so the teeth are moving at the same speed. Rotation-wise, the smaller gear has smaller radius so it is "turning faster" in terms of RPMs.
make it go faster
A big gear turning a small gear means the small gear will spin faster, but weaker.
If they are the same, they will turn at the same speed.
A single gear, usually called a single-speed is a bike where the the rear wheel will always turn the same amount for one turn of the cranks. Means that the bike will be simple and rugged, but that the only way to climb a hill will be to push harder and the only way to get more speed is to pedal faster.
