It's not your weight that is a factor in the size and weight of a bat. It's your strength and arm length.

If the bat is too long, you're going to hit more balls off of the skinny part of the bat near the handle. If the bat is too short, you're going to hit more balls off of the tip. You want to find the perfect length so that you can hit the sweet spot more often.

If the bat is too heavy, you won't get a good full swing.

If the bat is too light, you may get a good swing, but the ball won't travel as far. You'll have to experiment with bats to find out which one is the best for your unique abilities.
