Horizontal banding in netball is when you are passing to your team going horizontally across the court
you need to be able to make gross movements in netball. such as passing the ball using a shoulder pass.
You could always grab a friend or your mum or dad and practise your passing. If your parents aren't there, you could practise your passing on a wall. You don't always need to practise netball with a hoop (unless your are a shooter)! Hope this works! :)

The wing attack is the key play-maker of the netball court. It is their job to create as many goal-scoring chances as possible by passing the ball to the shooters. The WA can move in the attacking and centre third BUT not in the goal circle or the defensive third. The wing attack has to have solid passing and collecting skills. They also need good footwork and the ability to open up space on the court.
