The basic rules for Kickball are similar to those for Baseball except for the main difference of kicking rather than hitting the ball. Strike outs, kick outs and tag outs are broadly the same as their Baseball counterparts.
Not usually, depends on the local rules. As long as they are reasonable kicks, its usually ok.
well it's probably nine because kickball is just another version of baseball just that you use your feet instead of a bat. but you could do as many innings as you want because i don't think there is a pro kickball league therefore there isn't a set of rules like that.
Kickball was invented in many different countries, and it doesn't matter exactly where it was invented at, because all that matters is that you have teamwork, and respect.
Kickball is generally one word, occasionally it is seen hyphenated
It all depends on what type of kickball you are playing. In traditional kickball you don't even have to touch the ball. As long as the ball touches the runner, the runner is out. Even if the "kicker" kicks the ball at a runner that is not on a base, the runner is out. There are different kinds of rules about this type of situation that can be adjusted to your liking
any ball will do
Actully there is no specific names in kickball Kickball is just for fun.
In kickball, the ball is rolled down to home plate and you have to kick the ball. In softball, the ball is thrown underhand and you have to hit it with your bat. Sometimes in kickball, you can get pegged which is when they chuck the ball and you, in softball that's not allowed. Also in kickball, the ball is made of rubber, in softball its much harder and dangerous.
The earliest rules & diagram of kickball was from the Emmett D. Angell in his book Play that was published in 1910. The name of the sport was called "kicking-baseball" It was a sport designed to teach girls the basics of baseball. However, I am not sure if the sport was around earlier or invented by someone else.
