The same as any other backstroke event:

1. Finish with some part of your body above water;

2. Surface before 2/3 of the pool;

3. Take no more than one stroke on your front for a turn and none for a finish;

4. Do not break the surface of the water in someone Else's lane;

5. Do not push off the bottom of the pool;

6. Touch, and leave, the wall on your back, always;

7. Do not interfere with someone else;

8. Do not pull on the lane lines;

9. Do not wear more than one swimsuit at a time (This goes for all swimming events - they can disqualify you if you do)

10. Anything else I've forgotten (swimming is like my second nature, so I tend to forget minute details)
