do: try your hardest don't: get scared and start crying like a wimp

Do: do whatever your coaches say ( it makes you better) Don't : get nervous at meets, you can control that by convincing yourself your in front of your coach at your home gym Do: get as many hours in the gym as you can Don't: do tricks on cement (it leads to broken bones)
