There probably aren't any - unless you're still trying to eat it while taking a mark!

Oranges were traditionally eaten by players at 3/4 time - to give them almost instant energy for the last quarter.

Personally, I think the practice was just another one of those lost 'gems' of the past. Oranges and other fruits digest in only minutes, and certainly would clean out the system and deliver energy, within a short period, for the sport at hand.
