The positions in Arena Football are the same in NFL football
No there is not a diagram of offensive football positions. There are just the names of the offensive positions!
Goalkeeper, Defender, Midfielder,Striker
The offensive linemen in American Football are: Left Tackle - Left Guard - Center - Right Guard - Right Tackle
There are no positions in either baseball or football with the same names for that position...i. e., there is no shortstop, catcher, etc. in football, nor is there a center, tackle, quarterback, etc. in baseball.
Positions Goal Keeper GK Goal Defence GD Wing Defence WD Centre C Wing Attack WA Goal Attack GA Goal Shooting GS The goal shooter and the Goal attack are the positions that can shoot
Positions get their names by where they are at on the field. Walter Camp invented many of them, including "quarterback." Others, including "halfback" and "fullback," were borrowed from soccer and rugby.

"American football" is what football is called in England. This is because the names "associated football" and "football" are already used for soccer.
The American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football Conference (NFC).
referee, line judge, back judge, side judge, linesman, umpire, field judge

Just American Football or gridiron. It is also generally referred to as "gridiron" and "American football" in some countries where "football" is NOT soccer! For instance, it is called by such names in Australia, where most of the country plays Australian Football (or Aussie Rules) and two ot the states mainly engage the rugby codes: Australians refer to their more popular local football brands there as 'football' or 'footy', depending on reference. In New Zealand, where rugby is virtually 'King', the American game is also not referred to as 'football'. In Ireland, football means Gaelic football, not soccer football and not American football. [However, I cannot tell you how the American game is addressed!]
Football and Soccer are not two different things. They are exactly the same game but around the world are called different names. American football, though, is a completely different game :)
