No, they're fictional teams and so are their players. Some of them have names that sound or are spelled almost like the names of real players (I.E. Romaldinho) but they aren't.
it was Jackie Robinson day
In PES 2009, many real player names and team names were not included due to licensing issues. Instead, players were given generic names and teams, which often led to a less immersive experience for fans of real football. However, the game allowed for user-created content, enabling players to edit names and teams to reflect their real-world counterparts. This feature helped mitigate the absence of official licensing to some extent.
Do a search for "PES 09 patch" which will have updates with correct player names, team strips etc or update them yourself manually in edit mode.

Those of the Jewish faith that have been on a major league roster in 2007 are Jason Marquis with the Cubs, Brad Ausmus with the Astros, John Grabow with the Pirates, Shawn Green with the Mets, Jason Hirsh with the Rockies, Mike Lieberthal of the Dodgers, David Newhan of the Mets, Scott Schoenweis of the Mets, Adam Stern of the Orioles, and Kevin Youkilis of the Red Sox. Click on the 'MLB Players of Jewish Faith' link on this page to see all players of the Jewish faith that have been on an MLB roster. I think your own link proves you missed one (Gabe Kapler, formerly a Brewer, now a Ray). The answer specifically states "Those of the Jewish faith that have been on a major league roster in 2007" and Kapler was not on an MLB team's roster in 2007. The question was asked and answered in August, 2007 and was current and correct. Maybe you'd like to update the answer for the 2009 season?
