Obliviously, you will need to proficient in level 6 skills and all gyms are different but I recommend having:
Strictly REQUIRED, you need:
-- A front salto and a front-handspring in the same pass on floor.
-- A layout on floor.
-- A flight on beam (back hand-spring/round-off)
-- 2 circular moves on bars (2 free-hips or 2 giants, or one of each)
-- At least a front-handspring over the vault, but half-on or half-offs are fairly common, also
-- A salto dismount from the beam
-- On beam 5 A's and 2 B's are required
Hope this helps a bit!! <3V:)
You have to be at least 8 years old and get at least a 34.00 AA score in a Level 8 competition.

gymnastics has a major effect on your physical fitness. it makes your body very muscly, expecally if you get to a higher level. When you get to team in gymnastics you go to the gym for about 3 1/2 hours 2-6 nights a week, depending on what level your in.
what are the 6 phases of gymnastics
Leve 6 routines in boys gymnastics includes all routines you would expect to see. I have two boys in gymnastics now at level 5 and level 6. Starting at level 4 and going through level 10, the boys will perform all 6 events. They include High Bar, Floor, Rings, Parallel Bars, Vault, and pommel horse. At the lower levels the routines are very basic and easily accomplished with routine practice. The level 10 routines are quite hard and if a gymnast can accomplish level 10 routines, they are pretty much guaranteed a college scholarship.
it depends on what she/he can do. if the coaches realize that she can do more advanced stuff they will move you up.
level 2
It depends on the gymnastics level of the child or teen. You learn a cartwheel at level 1 gymnastics, so it just depends on what level of gymnastics they are on.
level 7
go to www.youtube.com and surch gymnastics/ floor. plenty will come up. if you are looking for a certain level then type in gymnastics/ floor/ level ___.
level 6 is just higher than level 5. it varies from subject 2 subject. different ones have different requirements
There are no belts in gymnastics. There are competitive levels, but there are no belts. If you're asking what level you have to be to be competitive, that would be level 4. To train for the Olympics, you must reach level 10.
