The high bar, is a metal horizontal bar standing at around about 8 ft high. The gymnasts must perform a series of releases and turning elements and finally a dismount. The gymnast also uses chalk for more grip on the bar, and wewars handguads to stop his hands from ripping (getting blisters).
With checks and balances, each of the three branches of government can limit the powers of the others. This way, no one branch becomes too powerful. Each branch "checks" the power of the other branches to make sure that the power is balanced between them.

You *can* but it's definitely not ideal and I wouldn't recommend doing it often. Gymnastics bars are very different from other bars and training a lot on other bars may actually mess you up when you go back to a gymnastics bar.
