It really depends on your approach, some take a strictly scientific approach while others are less so but still effective. ACSM, the American College of Sports Medicine and ACE the American Council on Exercise are the two top programs. ACSM is more difficult.
The American Holistic Medical Association will probably have all the information you need. The National College of Natural Medicine is well known, as is the University of Bridgeport.

For in-home exercise, DVDs of various exercise programs as well as home fitness equipment can be purchased and used.
