Well first of all run a couple laps but not before a game because you will get tired and stretch. For warm-ups i say shoot a couple of PK(penalty kicks) and dribble, couple of headers, chest and maybe some trapping with a partner.... let me think welll i do know some others but i do these warm-ups with my soccer team.Well i don't know that much about dieting but just eat healthy and then there's nothing 2 worry about.i know you won't take advise from someone that doesnt know about soccer, but i do. i play for a soccer team and now there's another program with PROFESSIONAL coaches and THEY really know what they're talking about and I'm in it and i actually play pretty good soccer..def drink LOTS of water!!!!!! if you can try not to drink pop..that's how i lost some of my weight..if you play defense you should do sprints..I've played varsity soccer since freshman yr and now im a junior and i play defense and sweeper, my coaches have me run sprints and do agility drills and it really helps alot!
