two thirds of the people in America are over weight and half of them are morbidly obese. i think that if you check you will find the same two thirds a not as physically fit as they used to be. most people who are fat later in life were not fat growing up. their lifestyle changed and because of that change they do not burn the calories they use to growing up. I think it is the fact people are eating more calories and using up less calories that people are over weight. I think that most of the books deal with food and not with physical fitness. I think that what you eat and your physical fitness are equally important. if you are physically fit you will not to diet that much so physical fitness is extremely important.
