How is that a record? Darren McFadden played the quarterback position for three seasons, and threw only 1 interception. I'm sure there are other quarterbacks that played three seasons and threw no interceptions, either 1) because they played only in mop-up situations, 2) because they only took one or two snaps all season, or 3) because they never threw the ball. I think you need to add some kind of "minimum number of passes" condition for this question to make sense.
