Putt-Putt golf is designed, so the player can get a hole in one on each hole if they use some skill, so it is more common than you would think. Trying to get a hole in one on a real golf course is very rare and is every golfers dream.

I don't think there are any signature golf courses, but every course has a signature hole, which is basically the best hole on the course, for which that course will be remembered. It may be the hardest hole, or the easiest hole or perhaps just the most picturesque.
