Run everyday. No Excuses.

Exactly right^^ Run everyday and you'll be better endurance wise and speed wise. But sometimes in Basketball when we're doing suciedes(Running up and down the court.) I run on my tipe-toes and that makes me run faster. But I don't do it for long so I don't know if it will hurt if you do do it long. But I wouldn't recommend it.
