He engaged in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a then 14 year old girl named Jessica Nixon. She was the daughter of a prominant businessman in the rochester area who owned several KISS radio stations. To avoid scadel for the family, Mr Lochte was made to quietly get out of town forever which he promptly did. About time the truth came out.
