As far as is known, Yes. There have been periodic rumors about a racially mixed Ruth for a good number of years, but one notices that the responsible sporting press generally avoids the discussion. the First Black Player in the Majors, according to Baseball history, was Jackie Robinson. There were no Blacks in Organized baseball in the years when Ruth was playing. If Ruth had been Black or even racially mixed, surely the magazines such as (Jet) and (Ebony) would have made a big thing about it.
