They are joint holders of the most leagues won (18 with Liverpool) and have won 3 European titles, as well as countless other trophies in their collection. The club is steeped in history, and has battled through tough times such as the Munich Air Disaster in 1958, when many of the first team players including Duncan Edwards died.
