There are many different ways to determine the "best" bowl game. From a monetary standpoint, the Capital One Bowl pays out $4.25 million per team. This bowl also gets the first non-BCS selection from the Big Ten and SEC-a traditional conference rivalry, making the Capital One Bowl among the best non-BCS bowls. The Cotton Bowl classic between the first non-BCS Big 12 team and the second non-BCS SEC team is also a top bowl game paying $3.625 million for the 2013 bowl.
The Citrus Bowl is the name of the stadium in downtown Orlando, FL. The Champs Sports Bowl and the Capital One Bowl are held in that stadium. The Capital One Bowl was formerly known as the Citrus Bowl.

2011 BCS BowlsProbably not. The Sugar Bowl traditionally invites the SEC Champion and that would be LSU. With LSU and Alabama likely headed for the BCS Championship, the SEC invitation could go to Arkansas if Georgia falls to 9-3. However, Arkansas might go to the Capital One Bowl instead, which might open the door for the 4th place Bulldogs. However, at least some Sugar Bowl members may opt for another nationally ranked team, such as Michigan. The opponent could be undefeated Houston, the Conference USA champion.
