It looks like it. First the team is for sale. Second they have a fan base in Los Angeles. Third there is a new stadium being built in Los Angeles, and it will be completed by 2011 all private investment. Fourth the Rams have a lease until 2015 in St. Louis; however there is a clause on that contract that states that if the Rams have to have one of the top 8 stadiums in the league, or they can relocate, and currently they don't have this considering the Patriots, Seattle, Chicago, Arizona, Cowboys, Giants, Denver, Washington, Houston, Philadephia, Indianapolis etc.. have newer better stadiums opening the door to get out of the clause. Fifth Chip Rosenbloom controlling owner of the rams is from Los Angeles, and a movie director. Most of his contacts and people he knows are from Los Angeles. Sixth the Los Angeles market is way way way bigger than the St. Louis market which is shrinking.
