you jam one by youh trying to play basketball and let the ball bend your finger really hard that actually works trust my middle finger has been jammed 2 times!
This depends on how badly you have jammed it. Usually if you can still get movement out of you finger you caan immediately return to your sport but you may want to tape it or get a splint. If you can't get any movement out of your finger I suggest going and getting X-rays because it may be fractured or even broken. Hope this helps! :)
Basketball players do it all the time. It is perfectly fine to do so.However, if the finger is your fore-finger, it may be tough. Shooting, passing, and most other actions other than just defending involve the fore-finger.
It's not recommended but if you keep it taped up with a splint and try not to have in the firing line too long it should be fine :)
I say basketball because u can get hurt by play football. But if your better at football then u should play what u want.
Lebron james should play football he is definetly good enough
I would wait until you are able to do things with it normally without feeling pain or discomfort, or if it is constricted with a bandage during physical activities.
Depends on what kind of football. If you want to play real football you should be at least 18,but if you want to play freestyle football you can be any age.
I jammed my finger yesterday during my basketball game and it hurt and started swelling up immediately. it happened because i caught the ball weird and my top knuckle cracked backwards. it hurt and i still had to play another half of the game.
