No that is what Women's Lacrosse is for as a 5 year lacrosse player I do not suggest women play men's lacrosse. it's called men's lacrosse for a reason. Women's lacrosse isn't for men neither should men's be for women. Lacrosse is an extremely dangerous sport women should play with women.
You should get a mens stick.
Mens lacrosse heads have pockets so that when you get hit its easier to hold the ball, but because women lacrosse is a none contact sport there is no pocket and cradling is different.
For equipment Yes
no but girls usually use a 30" mens shaft

In womens lacrosse they dont have to where elbow pads or shoulder pads or a helmet but must where protective goggles. There is no difference in what goalies must where. Girls lacrosse sticks arent allowed to have any depth in the pocket and in mens(boys) lacrosse you can.
There's the National Lacrosse League (NLL) and Major League Lacrosse (MLL).
Same as mens.
