Yes, that seems fine. As long as your arms don't tire out, then it's okay to play multiple, easy-for-your-arm sports.
You should play softball if it is a sport that you enjoy.
The distance between the pitcher and the batter should be around 30 feet.
The ball should never hit in the batter's box in any softball game. The coach may want to remove that pitcher if he or she continues to pitch like that.
It should be "Johnny completed a successful unit on softball" since softball is not a proper noun.
In softball pitching the pitcher is only allowed one big step because the rule states that prior to the pitch both feet should be on the pitcher's plate and during the pitch one foot should be on the plate before ball is released. you can check the basics of pitching here: http://www.softballperformance.com/softball-pitching/coaching-softball-pitching.html

Most softball players wear long socks, cleats, shorts, and a t shirt. They bring a bat and a softball if one is not provided to them.

Well, I am a softball player, so I know this question. The reason that a softball got the name softball is because, you may not know it, but inside of a softballs hard outer layer, is is soft and squishy. You should try it sometime. Cut the lace from the softball, it could take a couple minutes, and then lacerate is open and feel. I bet you will be surprised!!!!! Thanks for the question! -Shannon

It's really your choice, but there are more still-proficient piano players at 70 than softball players.
