In short, No. In the top tier of skateboards they are almost identical. Spitfire, Real, Antihero, Krooked are all made by the same people, so the wood is exactly the same. Get a real board from a real skate shop (not a generic sports store in the mall, or god forbid Walmart) and you will do fine. The major difference between skateboard brands is the graphics on the deck. That's it.

Well, my target doesn't have legit and real skateboards, depending where your at, mine only have fake skateboards, not real names, or icons. Im guessing 3/4 no, but possibly. If your looking for real skateboards try Zumiez, or try Models Sporting Goods, or even Dick's Sporting Goods.
Yeah it's a real company. kinda cheep, but sturdy boards.
