Yes, an AGA mask covers your complete face and the air is supplied to a connector at the bottom of the mask supplying air to the complete interior of the mask, therefore you would be able to breath just through your nose if you would like.
there are several models, do a Google search on IST, or OCEAN REEF - NEPTUNE, OCEAN TECHNOLOGIES - MANTIS, or OCEAN TECHNOLOGIES AGA - this is the one you see people using on TV documentaries all the time where they can speak underwater. They simply add a small microphone to the mask. it is also the mask used in most large Aquariums that do live diver presentations from underwater.
4 to 6 min
During the dive your nose will want to naturally breath in, or take in water so having the nose under the mask helps that NOT to happen. Also if you take on water inside your mask and your nose is not within it will be VERY difficult for you to empty the water. To empty water from your scuba mask at depth you simply pull it out from your face and breath out through your nose and this causes the water to pour out. How would you do this if your nose is not enclosed within the mask? And also so that water doesn't go up your nose. And mouth (it doesn't taste good).
This is the easiest way to not hold your nose underwater. When you go underwater, blow bubbles out of your nose. This will prevent the water from entering your nose. Just blow bubbles out of your nose frequently and no water will get up your nose.
Instead of breathing in air, breath out through you nose while you are underwater. It will most likely make bubbles if you do it correctly. I hope this helped!
You can only expel air which clears the mask if you try to intake it just tightens the seal.
When the frog is swimming, its can breath by only putting the tip of its nose out of the water. Uses it to breaththey help the frog breathe underwater :)
Yes I did it in the shower once and it happened and then I googled it and but it said if you hold it for a long time UNDERWATER so I hope that helpful
A turtle breathes oxygen through its mouth and nose into its lungs. A sea turtle can stay underwater longer than most other animals, because turtles move slower, conserving more energy and needing to breathe less oxygen than aerobic animals do.They always breath from their nose but if their nose is blocked they breath from their mouth.
hold your mask on the top by your eyes and blow out of your nose
The nose breathe air in. Sometimes you do the same with the mouth.
breath in and breath out ............. apparently!
you don't breath in air with the help of your nose the time.
