I have never been to a camp, but I have had some people come to our cheer practices and teach us a routine critique us, and help us with stunting. We called it camp because it lasted all day. It's a good deal, though, because you get to learn a ton of new skills and still get to go home at night and sleep in your own bed. our program was called Jump & Jam
I have friends who went to dance camp. they found the program through the dance team and went for a week last summer. They stayed in a hotel with girls from other towns and worked on their dance skills. I don't know what that one was called, though, because i was never on dance team.

Fired Up is a movie that was released in Feburary 2009. It is a movie about two High School star football players Nick and Shawn, who don't want to spend another summer at football camp. Shawn and Nick have been with every girl at their school and they are looking for fresh produce. Shawn wants to go to cheer camp to meet girls. Nick makes up a lie to tell their coach they can't go to football camp. As soon as they get to cheer camp they waste no time getting girls. But the more time Shawn spends with Carly the swad captain, the more falls for her. Carly's boyfriend "Rick" finds out that Nick and Shawn were going to run away from cheer camp, to party at a football players dads house. Nick and Shawn come back to cheer camp, when Shawn starts to miss Carly. While doing their routine Carly see's Rick with the Panther's captain. In the end Shawn and Carly end up together and Nick ends up with Diora the head counseler. Diora's husbanb is the runner of the camp.
