there are not really any dangers climbing mount Kilimanjaro but you have to be careful!
You could only make a career out of lead climbing if you are a pro or really good at it. It is not likely to get payed for lead climbing but you can, you can do this as a hobby but not get payed.

No, they are really too heavy for climbing, unlike black bears.
Rock climbing because you have multiple safety straps. Cave diving, nothing protects you, free falling has really obvious risks.
