well you know its pretty easy you just cut down the trees in your way make a couple jumps and till up the dirt (suggestion: use your dirt bike for that.
clutch is necessary for easy driving. when we press clutch it separates gear box and engine shaft and that time bike has free moving and we can shift our gear and do easy driving......
They are excelent bikes, fun, easy to ride and good for teenagers.
Lawn mower engines have a vertical crankshaft and are unsuitable for go carts, you need to change the drive angle to horizontal to make the thing work and this requires a set of gears like a car rear end. Get yourself an engine out of a gas edger or small dirt bike and all you will need is a chain clutch and gear for the rear axle, I prefer the dirt bike engine as it already has a clutch and transmission so set up is easy and you will go much faster.
odds are if the valve is stuck open it is either bent(from over rev/valve float), or siezed in the guide(over heating). no easy fix sry
I am told it is easy to replace the clutch cable on my 89 Volkswagen Fox, however I have no mechanical skills. I I had diections I am willing to learn.
easy its on right side of bike unhook clutch cabe take waterpump houseing off if water cooled then unbolt the cover and your to the clutch make sure you put the new one on the same way the old one comes off then once you got it together adjust the clutch make sure cable has play and is not tight i normally tighten the nut althe way then put bike in first and it will roll free then start losing the cable till it starts grabbing then ride it and keep adjusting loser till it dosent slip anymore most the time its about 8 turns after it starts grabbing
Not as easy as it is to call Yamaha with your serial number and have them tell you exactly what it is.
