I'd say Boxing, Freestyle Wrestling and Crew are in the same league.
I'd say that rock climbing is the most challenging sport, because it is not about if you are "built" or not, it is about flexibility, stamina, endurence, and having the right mind for solving tactical positions, it also works your whole body completly.
It is, in my opinion, the most rewarding sport, because you are not climbing against others, but only yourself and the rock.
Try gymnastics, and tell me how that goes...then you can decide for your self.
Rock climbing is a sport. As with any sport you do not do anything else whilst engaged in that sport. Particularly so with extreme and dangerous sports.
if i had to guess, i would probably say rock climbing or skiing

The term chipping is used in sport climbing, which is a form of rock climbing. In the sport of golf, the term 'chip shot' is often used.
Sport climbing and lead climbing are both types of rock climbing, but they differ in the way the rope is used. In sport climbing, the climber is protected by pre-placed bolts in the rock, while in lead climbing, the climber places their own protection as they ascend. Lead climbing requires more skill and experience, as the climber must place gear while climbing and manage the rope to prevent falls.

IT is a good way to stay in shape and its great exercise but mostly it is very fun. Addition: Rock climbing is a sport that can change a person's way of life in many ways. Often when people travel after discovering rock climbing, they are going to destinations to rock climb instead of seeing the tourist resorts. It can also lead to many different areas of this sport including scrambling, ice-climbing, canyoneering, bouldering competitions, etc. Physically, rock climbing can build a lot of strength in parts of the body that most workouts and sports can't give you. This consists mostly hand and arm. If one sticks to gym climbing, the cardiovascular system is one part of the physical experience that gym climbing does not help. However, most mountaineering is very cardiovascularly intensive. Rock climbing and mountaineering can give a person the skills to see parts of the world and be places that would have been impossible for them to be safely before.
The sport of rock climbing began in the last quarter of the nineteenth century in various parts of Europe.
