Depends if you have been lifting for a while and on what kind of bench. If you are on a "fake bench" which isn't just a bar on a stand then there is a leverage it makes it easyier.
I would not say it is abnormal. you are just strong. my current weight is 155, and I bench 255lbs. Keep up the good work.
13% off of 150= 13% discount applied to 150= 150 - (13% * 150)= 150 - (0.13 * 150)= 150 - 19.5= 130.50
The strength of a 13-year-old's bench press can vary greatly depending on factors such as training, genetics, and overall physical development. Generally, a strong 13-year-old might be able to bench press around 100-150 pounds. However, it's important for young individuals to prioritize proper form and technique rather than focus solely on lifting heavy weights.

Abnormal fear of the nubmer "13".
13% of 150 is 19.5 so 150 plus 19.5 equals 169.5
A 100kg bench press can typically handle weights up to around 150-200kg, depending on the specific design and quality of the bench press equipment.
Osteen is a Buck Fifty soaking wet (150 lbs). The claim that he can bench 300 lbs is greatly exaggerated. He can lift maybe bench 200 on a smith machine....that would equate to somewhere between 150 and 175 lb on a regular bench press. Still not bad for a petite man, but a far cry from a massive 300 lbs.
