a. Touching Line of Putt
The line of putt must not be touched except:
(i) the player may remove loose impediments, provided he does not press anything down;
(ii) the player may place the club in front of the ball when addressing it, provided he does not press anything down;
(iii) in measuring - Rule 18-6;
(iv) in lifting the ball - Rule 16-1b;
(v) in pressing down a ball-marker;
(vi) in repairing old hole plugs or ball marks on the putting green - Rule 16-1c; and
(vii) in removing movable obstructions - Rule 24-1.

a grounding line is a line at the edge of the ice shelf
Can you clear debris from the green with your putter?
The only thing you are not allowed to do is touch the line of your putt. So if there are loose impediments on your line you can pick them off with your fingers, but not with your putter.

No it's not legal in tournament play. The putter is not allowed to resemble any other object. Also the the putter must have a greater distance measuring from the heal to toe than it does from front to back

When taking a drop you can use any club in your bag, a belly putter is perfectly legal.

Yes, every club can have have a round cross section grip. Putters just have more options
Why does a toilet bowl have a blue ring around water line?
I think it has something to do with the grounding . With out proper grounding this can cause bluing . But how do you maintain the problem ?

No, that would be considered testing the surface, which is against the rules.
Can you use a chipper putter in compertion?
Yes, as long as the club only has one striking face it is legal for competition use.
Can a conventionsl putter anchored against any part of body like a Belly putter?
Although it's controversial at the moment, the rules of golf do not prohibit anchoring your putter against any part of your body. Keegan Bradley was the first winner of a Major championship with a belly putter, and although a long putter (anchored in either the sternum or under the chin) has not yet won a Major, they have come close. Adam Scott finished tied second for the 2011 Masters with his sternum-anchored putter. You ask about a conventional putter and anchoring that to a part of your body and you may be interested to look at Bernhard Langer who won the 1993 Masters anchoring and cured his yips by anchoring the top of the putter shaft onto his left arm with his right hand. So, in summary, anchoring the putter to any part of your body is for the moment legal under the R & A and USGA rules.
What are some differences of being in jail to being grounded?
The difference is that you are in legal trouble in jail, and I highly doubt that your parents grounding you would get you in legal trouble.

A method putter is a putter that Nike named. The Nike Method is Nike's best putter and actually isn't bad. I tried it out and it is definitely worth the money.
